Payment Terms
When you have spoken to Veasey & Rowe and arranged a suitable programme to help you achieve your goals, payment for each month of coaching sessions is payable in advance prior to delivery. So for example, if you were to book three months of coaching sessions for the months of June, July and September, payment for the June sessions would have to be made before the 1st June, payment for the July sessions before the 1st July and so forth. When the coaching sessions begin, coachees are also responsible for ringing their coach at the appointed time.

Cancellation Terms
The first month of coaching sessions in a programme is non-refundable.
After this first month, if a client has pre-paid for further sessions and wishes to cancel prior to the session(s) for whatever reason, Veasey & Rowe will gladly refund the client with no questions asked.

If a client fails to call on an appointed time for a pre-arranged coaching session with their coach, that session’s fee will not be refundable.

In the case of the 2-Day Self-Coach Workshop, if a delegate feels that s/he wants a refund at any point up to the end of the first day, then Veasey & Rowe will gladly refund their fee with no questions asked.

Often, after programmes are completed, clients want continuing support here and there - the occasional query, the need for a specific development tool, a book reference or simply a listening ear. At Veasey & Rowe we encourage past and present clients to contact us with these queries and we will be more than happy to assist them. The only cost is the price of the phone call!

! Referral Discount: Money Refund or a Free 45-Minute Session
Clients often find that coaching is so powerful it literally changes a part/all of their lives quite dramatically. As a consequence they regularly tell friends and associates about their coaches. At Veasey & Rowe we operate a referral system to cater for this: if you refer someone to us who goes on to purchase a coaching programme from us we can offer you a cash refund to the value of a 45 minute session or alternatively a free 45-minute coaching session! ! Cancellation Guarantee
People can be understandably cautious when it comes to paying for coaching services, so we aim to provide clients with as many safety options as possible. The first is the free coaching session as mentioned above. Another is to make a guarantee: the first month on all programmes must be paid for. If, after one month of coaching, a client isn’t happy with the service and s/he has pre-paid for further coaching, the client is entitled to a 100% refund. This is our commitment to our clients and the professionalism of the coaching profession.
