Veasey and Rowe- provides a variety of services,
workshops and programmes to cater for the needs of its clients. The
options below are our current services (they change from time to
time), however, it is possible to design bespoke programmes in
certain circumstances. Just contact us if you need more information.
Services- Most of our coaching
work is conducted via the telephone, but face-to-face coaching can
be arranged if you would prefer it. This service is for one-to-one
coaching between coach and coachee. If you are interested in being
coached as part of a group then refer to the Workshops section
below.
Programmes- Veasey & Rowe
programmes are always tailored to each individual that comes to us
for coaching. Some clients only take four sessions to address a
topic in their life, whilst others may utilise a coach over a period
of months and years.
The minimum number of sessions that we will deliver for a client is
four, because past experience has shown that if people truly want to
see results from their efforts then one coaching session almost
never helps them to achieve their goals.
One coaching session lasts for 45 minutes and Veasey & Rowe delivers
its coaching programmes at the beginning of each month, all year
round. Thus the minimum coaching programme would consist of 4 x 45
minute sessions. These can be taken weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
according to the needs of the client.
Career
Too many people know they’re in a job they dislike, or are doing
something they could do better in. We help people to discover what
they want to do in their careers and how to excel in them. Whether
it’s making more of an existing job, planning a career move or
excelling in our current work, coaching can tap potential that we
never knew we had and frequently without requiring extra effort.
Relationships
Friends, family, partners… Frequently we find relationships aren’t
quite the way we would like them to be. We empower people to say
“no” when they don’t want to do something and assert themselves when
they need to express themselves. Coaching enables us to listen and
understand as well as be listened to and understood. At this point,
relationships can become everything you want them to be.
Health
Whether it’s operating without stress, regular exercise, healthy
eating habits or meditation - the effort we put into taking control
of our lifestyle pays off. Coaches help individuals to make lasting
changes when it comes to their health, by helping them to find
appropriate methods for improving their lifestyle and making sure
that they carry them out.
Finance
Finance coaching helps individuals take charge of their finances and
build a healthy relationship with money. Coaches help people to
increase their income by encouraging them to earn what they’re worth
and learn how to develop a mind-set that will attract more wealth to
them with greater ease.
Personal Development
Frequently we find ourselves sitting in a chair knowing we’re not
quite being the people we can and want to be. Coaches help people to
develop strong personal foundations. Whether it’s increased
confidence or self-esteem, a deeper sense of ‘purpose’ in life,
spiritual development or balance between work and play, personal
development coaching allows people to realise their inner potential.
Sport
By operating with complete focus and self-belief (otherwise known as
‘being in the Zone’), athletes of all descriptions have
out-performed themselves as well as their competitors. A Coach helps
you to remove negativity, self-limiting beliefs and behaviours. By
utilising this method athletes will understand what holds them back,
learn how to develop a winning mindset, set goals based on their
performance and learn how to use visualisation techniques to vastly
improve their results.
